Classic coffee ratios

Iced espresso drinks need little change (Hoffmann): brew the shot hot, then pour over ice in a bigger glass with cold milk or water. Colder and diluted tastes more bitter, so they're often sweetened a touch — your call. Ice amount is to taste; the ratio stays the same.
